Mr. Rajeev Garg is the Founder and Managing Director of the Company who graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics & Communications) from Dr.BabaSaheb Ambedkar University Aurangabad,where he also specialized in advanced Electronics Technology . He has over two decades of experience in power backup sector He heads the manufacturing, quality and purchase departments of the Company.
Blessed with an entrepreneurial acumen and lazer-sharp focus,Mr.Garg’s this very attitude brought him to the doors of entrepreneurship followed by best exposure of the industry.
Mr.Garg had a very modest start and professional start at the beginning of his carrier . He started working as a professional in Himachal Futuristic Communications Limited (HFCL) Solan and then in HCL Solan before his entrepreneurial mind pushed him to start his venture in power backup sector in 2002. Since then he has been a source of inspiration and motivation for everyone ..
Ashu Garg
Independent Director
Mrs Ashu Garg is an Independent Director . She is a Post Graduate in M.Com from Kurukshetra University and Post Graduate Diploma In Computer Application .Apart from this is also a qualified CA and has over 15years of experience in the financial sector covering Banking and NBFCs in both public and private sectors . She has specialized in credit assessment as well as project analysis, and her core strengths include financial modeling and variance analysis.
As an Independent Director she brings objectivity and independence of view to the Board’s discussions and to help provide the Board with effective leadership in relation to the Company’s strategy, performance, and risk management as well as enduring high standard of corporate governance. Besides this her impeccable experience finance helps the company manages its finance effectively and register a healthy growth year on year .

A Kashmiri by origin Mr.Raman received his B.-Tech. degree from Banaras Hindu University (BHU-Now IIT BHU).He has been associated with several Government and non-government bodies and agencies as an Expert in the area of quality improvement in Power backup and power Storage technologies . With his immense experience of more than 20 years in power backup and energy storage technology, his guidance and knowledge has helped the company reach greater heights.
He is committed to the latest-generation technologies by developing and manufacturing globally competitive, customer-focused products of world-class quality while introducing them into relevant markets responsibly. He has been very active and providing valuable suggestions to the Company’s strategy and growth plans.
